Anybody going to be at the

Spokane Marathon

1/2 Marathon

or

10K

on

10/10/10

I am running the 10K

hoping that my friend

who is running the 1/2

doesn’t pass me

race results

Here I am at about .25 mile into the race

 

 

Here I am at the end…

I didn’t walk

and I hadn’t run in close to a month

so overall I am

happy with this run

I signed up for a

10K

on

10/10/10

in Spokane

with the exception of

Bloomsday, a 12K

this will be my longest yet.

I haven’t run in 3 weeks

but that really doesn’t matter

I will, as long as I am able, always run

Race for the Cure.

I will someday complete

A half Marathon for the Cure

and

Marathon for the Cure
