I laugh at myself’

If it is called a

FUN RUN

I am offended that a 5K is FUN

if it is a race

I will never be 1st

or even 1st female

maybe in my age division

someday.

I am getting faster

and I really

enjoy outside

not the treadmill.

My pace out side is 11-12

treadmill is 15-16

No clue why.

Shooting for a PR for Saturday

Will be very happy with under 40.
